1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ryanjoyce.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the Province of Ontario, Canada. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.


2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site—including but not limited to videos, stage show blueprints, custom illusion designs, "The Stage Manager's Hub" documentation, and marketing materials—is the exclusive property of Theatrix International Inc. and Ryan Joyce.

  • You may not replicate, "borrow," or commercially exploit any illusion designs or proprietary performance methods displayed on this site without express written consent.

  • Unauthorized use of Ryan Joyce’s name, likeness, or performance footage is strictly prohibited.


3. Booking Inquiries & No-Contract Disclaimer

Submission of a form via the Booking Information page or the General Contact form does not constitute a binding performance agreement.
 

  • A booking is only confirmed once a formal performance contract has been signed by both parties and any required deposit has been processed.

  • Ryan Joyce reserves the right to refuse service for any event that does not meet the technical requirements or professional standards of the production.


4. Professional Advice & "Success Guides"

The resources provided on this site (such as the "Banquet Success Guide" or "Presenter Portal" materials) are for informational purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure event success, Theatrix International Inc. is not liable for the logistical failures of third-party venues or event planners.


5. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s administrative systems (Wix Studio infrastructure).
 

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ryan Joyce or Theatrix International Inc. be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site.
 

7. Governing Law

Any claim relating to this Site shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
