The Palace Theatre is a small historic theatre in London, Ontario that began in 1929 and hosted The Palace of Mystery shows in October, November and December. Magician Peter Mennie hosts the magic shows with different headlining magicians.

Finally, National Magic Week is in October

The month of October wraps with National Magic Week, October 25-31. The magical tradition was started by the Society of American Magicians and had roots dating back to Harry Houdini's death on October 31, 1926. Here's a short read about how it started and grew to a week on Magician Masterclass.

Grab a few magic books from the library, or learn a few online with your kids! You'll be surprised by the hours of fun and enjoyment many kids get from learning the art of magic. It helps develop and build confidence and all the incredible benefits of spending quality time learning and presenting magic.
